Senior Digital Account Director

  • 7+ years experience in account service, building digital accounts, managing teams and making clients very happy

  • Experience with a variety of projects, including: Web 2.0, Mobile, Video, Brand and Direct/CRM Strategy

  • Strong digital background and a proven track-record as a digital knowledge leader

  • Experience building, managing, and growing senior-level relationships

  • Ability to work independently and develop strategic solutions for measurable results

  • A college or university degree, ideally

Senior Digital Project Manager

Your spice rack is in alphabetical order. Your pets are almost toilet trained. The bus is on time for you. In other words, you are a master organizer, motivator, and coordinator. As Senior Project Manager, you’ll provide structure and vision on our most demanding projects. You’ll work with senior client marketing and tech teams, as well as vendor/ third party suppliers to execute large, complex projects. All without breaking a sweat.

You’ve also managed to accumulate these skills:

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiation, facilitation, organization, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. Say that three times fast…

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project, departmental and enterprise risks related to projects, systems and business analysis

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate agency teams and take a leadership role

  • Successful history of client contact and managing client expectations

  • Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.

Required Experience:

  • 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting or agency environment

  • 5-7 years of leadership and/or management experience

  • 2-5 years experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in a consulting or agency environment

Application Developer

Ordinarily we’d try to get clever with these things. However, your freakishly powerful intellect will likely have absorbed the important parts already and ignored this stuff.

Bottom line: we’re looking for an intermediate or senior web application developer.

Please note that professional CMS, PHP and .NET/C# are must-have skills/experience.

You have the following:

  • 3+ years professional experience in design and development of web-based applications

  • Programming Languages: PHP, .NET/C#, SQL, XML/XSLT, HTML

  • Relational database design and development

  • One or more of the following database systems: MySQL, SQL-Server, Oracle

  • Understanding of core Internet technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, web servers, server scripting, data interfaces/providers, web services, etc.)

  • CMS design and development

  • E-commerce application design and development

  • Programming Languages: Ruby, ASP3/VBScript, etc. an asset

  • Development Frameworks: PHP/PEAR, Ruby-on-Rails, Zope, Drupal, etc.

  • Experience with Unix/Linux development and production environments

Web Interface Developer

Have you ever been called a geek? If yes, we love you, keep reading.

We’ll love you more, if have the following:

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS

  • The ability to write Javascript

  • Experience cutting and optimizing graphics in Photoshop – A MUST

  • Ability to write control structures in PHP

  • Other scripting languages (JSP and ASP.NET), further webdev experience, and database skills – a definite plus!

  • University Degree or College Diploma in computer science, programming or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience and/or training.

  • Thorough knowledge of application development processes and methodologies

  • Strong programming, code development, debugging, testing and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with operating systems, dev environments, programming languages, tools, architectures and source control systems
